Maha Elashri is a healthcare strategist, entrepreneur, and ICF-accredited coach with over 20 years of experience across pharmaceutical and health innovation, brand strategy, and organizational change.
Her career has unfolded inside the healthcare ecosystem itself—launching companies, building teams, and helping organizations navigate growth, complexity, and reinvention. She has worked across global agency networks, startups, and advisory roles, partnering with pharmaceutical, biotech, and health-focused organizations to translate complex science into strategies people can actually live with.
Over time, she noticed a pattern: individuals and institutions were becoming increasingly optimized—armed with more tools, more data, more interventions—yet less regulated, less resilient, and more depleted.
That observation led her to found The Wellness Bureau, where she helps organizations, institutions, and people move from optimization culture to coherence.
